Nexofora Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Nexofora Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Enrollment
•	Participation is open to individuals and businesses who promote Nexofora honestly and ethically.
•	By joining, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
•	Use only your assigned affiliate links, banners, or coupons provided in your dashboard.
•	Do not use spam, misleading claims, or tactics that damage Nexofora’s reputation.
•	Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws.

3. Commissions & Payments
•	Commission rates vary by plan (typically 20%–40%).
•	You earn recurring commissions only while your referred customer remains an active, paying member.
•	Minimum payout is $100 USD. Payouts are issued monthly for the previous month.
•	Refunds or chargebacks are not commissionable.

4. Tracking & Attribution
•	Sales are credited only when tracked through your affiliate link, coupon, or other approved method.
•	No retroactive commissions will be granted unless specifically approved by Nexofora.

5. Prohibited Conduct
•	No self-referrals.
•	No use of unauthorized coupons or discounts.
•	No paid ads on the “Nexofora” brand name or confusing variations.
•	No spam, forced clicks, or deceptive practices.

6. Termination
•	Nexofora may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive.
•	Any unpaid commissions at termination are forfeited if termination is due to violation.

7. Modifications
•	Nexofora reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
•	Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Independent Relationship
•	Affiliates are independent marketers, not employees or agents of Nexofora.
•	Nothing in this program creates a partnership, franchise, or employment relationship.
